Postponed or abandoned events where official results are not declared within 72 hours will generally result in void settlement and stake return.

08Online Sabong Specific Rules

Draw betting in sabong is a recognised market at phlwin33. Draw results are settled according to the arena's official declaration. phlwin33 makes no independent determination of fight outcomes.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phlwin33 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false registration information or impersonating another person
• Operating or participating in multiple accounts
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering)
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with phlwin33 games or betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing mistakes to generate winnings — any winnings generated through known exploits will be voided

10Intellectual Property
